My Crazy Meals

I was asked by one of my clients to create a journal on what I eat during the day. She said people Love to see what others eat. So I thought ok.. I will do it. So this page is Dedicated to Michelle Bishop! She is a very good friend, and she took the picture of me above.

First off I do not have an Amazing body, but I think it is pretty good for 52 years old. Would I like to get leaner? You Bet! And just maybe though sharing my crazy eating, I Will! I try to eat pretty well, but I am not perfect like a lot of the girls out there sharing their food logs. You are going to find some pretty crazy combos of food. I don't have any rules like you have to eat a Salad with spaghetti, or steak should be paired with potatoes. That is why I am calling this My Crazy Meals.

So to start, I am going to share a few pics of food I ate a few weeks ago till now. I will try to get a whole day for you at least once a week. Then share some favorite recipes, or interesting foods I think you might like to try or just laugh at. :)

Greek Yogurt plain with Red Raspberries, 4 walnuts and sprinkle of vanilla protein

Sometimes this is what I have for my first meal of the day. About 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt plain, 4 walnuts, a sprinkle of vanilla protein powder. Super fast to make and take with you if you don't have time to eat at home.

Hummus Lunch Plate

This Hummus Lunch plate.. I wanted to share with you...It was SO GOOD! This was not on the same day as the first meal above. I did have this for a second meal. Regular Hummus, 3 triangles Pita Bread, a couple of olives, slices of cucumbers, and tomatoes, with goat cheese. I did nibble on this before I took the picture..that is why a few things are missing...ops. I found a great video to share about pita bread. https://youtu.be/89fydHr4z4U

Dinner salad I put together to go with the Chili we had that night. The salad is a mixed spring, with carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes. If I do use salad dressing I use a strawberry vinaigrette. A lot of the time I just put a good amount of sunflower seeds over my salad, and I am good to go.

Cooked up some Spaghetti Sauce in a crock pot. Lean turkey breast, stewed tomatoes, Small can of tomato paste, onions, and mushrooms. Seasoned with, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper.

Below, you see the two types of Spaghetti I like to use. You can not even tell.

Ok..now for some really crazy food...That nobody seems to like! Or at least not many...I think I will have a contest to see if anyone can guess what this is. So if you have not joined to get updates do so. That way you won't miss your chance to Win a Prize! ;)
